Cancellation Policy

Notice of right to cancel the contract

As a customer, when quotes are provided and accepted during a visit to a customers' home, then you are entitled to a cancellation period, in line with the Consumer Contract Regulations.

When we visit you in your home and subsequently send you a quotation by post or email, which you may or may not accept, then there is no cancellation period.

If you wish to cancel the contract you MUST DO SO IN WRITING and deliver it to the person named below either in person, by post or by email.

Work commencing prior to the expiry of the fourteen-day cancellation period:

If you request a service that starts straightaway – In this instance, you will still have the right to cancel, but you must pay for the value of the service that is provided up to the point you cancel.

If the service is provided in full within 14 days – The right to cancel can be lost during the cancellation period if the service is provided in full before the 14 days elapses.
