Case Study – Fixing chlorine contamination at Alexandra Ristorante, Ramsgate

The softener at Alexandra Ristorante was damaged by chlorine contamination. We replaced the resin, serviced the softened and reset the settings which we found were actually incorrectly set by the manufacturer right from the very beginning, making it a very inefficient machine and causing it to use far too much salt!
