Hi, I’m Andy, and I joined Hydroworks in late 2024.
With a background in builders’ merchants, I saw this role as an opportunity to bring my experience and skill set into a business that truly values customer service and teamwork. From the moment I read about Hydroworks and its team, I felt it would be a great fit for me.
Initially, my role focused on salt deliveries and filter changes, but in a short time, Laurence has expanded my responsibilities significantly. I now work closely with him and the entire team, contributing to different aspects of the business and growing my expertise every day.

His role is now evolving to include a significant focus on servicing water softeners, and he and I will be working closely together to develop his skills in this area.
