Business Manager 

Hi, I’m Mitchell, and I’ve been with Hydroworks since October 2022.

I joined the team as Office Manager, bringing my background in administration and customer service to help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.  My role has since progressed and I am now Business Manager, which means I am Laurence's sidekick, and keep him firmly in line!

From handling customer inquiries to managing schedules and coordinating logistics, my role is all about ensuring efficiency and organisation. I take great pride in making sure our customers receive the best possible service and that the team has everything they need to do their jobs effectively.

One of the things I appreciate most about working at Hydroworks is the level of trust and responsibility I’ve been given.

Laurence has always encouraged me to think critically and offer my own insights, which has helped me grow both professionally and personally.

It’s a fantastic team to be part of, and I’m excited about what the future holds for us.
