“We just wanted to thank you all for the wonderful service we have received from ER Longley Hydroworks and the extra lengths you went to in order to ensure that we were happy with our new products. 

Although Jay encountered a few difficulties on the way with the installation, he was an extremely pleasant chap to deal with who did his very best for us and we are extremely grateful to him for all his hard work on our unconventional set-up! 

Also, we were very impressed with Dave who came out yesterday and took time to answer all our questions and finish off the outstanding jobs. 

Nothing was too much trouble for either of them and it speaks volumes of the way in which you conduct your business, Laurence, so thank you so much for making sure we were happy with everything. 

We were very impressed at how responsive you were when we discovered a leak that Saturday morning and how accommodating both you and Mitch were in trying to sort out the issue.
